Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of the Operations Scorecard, including data feeds and analysis for different workstreams.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timely reporting of KPIs and scorecards.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate and timely data capture and automation of data transfer.
- Manage data sources across categories such as People, Quality, Safety, Service Delivery, and Cost.
- Develop and maintain KPIs and scorecards for operations workstreams
Qualifications Requirements/Knowledge/Education/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with data automation and integration. • Knowledge of industry-specific data sources and metrics. • Familiarity with environmental health and safety (EHS) and sustainability metrics.
