Data Analytics & Platforms Associate
Hybrid
Location: Bogota, Colombia
Key Responsibilities
Deliver analytics and platform services in line with agreed service level agreements, ensuring high‑quality and timely outcomes.
Manage analytics and platform initiatives through structured project management, with clear documentation and communication throughout delivery.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability across analytics, dashboards, and reports supporting business decision‑making.
Support internal Novartis stakeholders by providing qualitative and quantitative analyses of low to medium complexity.
Enable and maintain analytics, customer relationship management, and marketing technology platforms to support commercial, medical, and access use cases.
Operate and scale digital, automation, and artificial intelligence solutions, ensuring stability, performance, and business impact.
Act as operational owner for incidents, enhancements, and releases to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
Support the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures and knowledge repositories.
Contribute to knowledge‑sharing initiatives, onboarding activities, and capability‑building efforts across teams.
Coordinate external vendors and budget management to support scalable, future‑ready data and analytics capabilities.
Essential Requirements
Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry within data analytics, platforms, digital enablement, or operational roles.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights that support data‑driven decisions.
Demonstrated experience in project management and operational execution within complex or regulated environments.
Hands‑on experience supporting analytics, customer relationship management, or marketing technology platforms, such as dashboarding or campaign analytics tools.
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, analytics tools, and data processing solutions, including platforms such as Alteryx.
Ability to collaborate effectively across business, technical, and external partner teams, with a proactive and curious mindset.
