DATA ANALYLITICS - Hybrid Remote/Honolulu,

• Support varied and complex deliverables across a variety of work streams for the PACAF Air Force Civil Engineer portfolio.
• Collect, review and analyze data sets and create recommendations and decision support documents to help PACAF leaders make changes to support PACAF priorities.
• Develop policy documents and guidance to implement recommendations. 
• This role is centered around the delivery of business transformation and strategy/policy implementation for a 180,000+ person enterprise.
• Maintain Air Force governance and programmatic documents to create consistency across Air Force bases in terms of installation support services.
• Analyze transformation requirements, provide strategic updates and recommendations to leadership in support of USAF Civil Engineer Transformation, enable organizational change management, facilitate policy and program integration efforts, and evaluate external organizations’ work.
• Find gaps in PACAF priorities and demonstrate ways to encourage new endeavors to client; tangible and actionable intel to accelerate change.
• Assist with centralizing data and developing unique ways to house and present data.
• Cross functionally supporting PACAF teams with the ability to synthesize different and unique data sets, mission areas, and other operational imperatives. 
• Support ad hoc tasks - data production, efficiently produce data solutions, and deep-dive analysis of upcoming priorities to the PACAF AOR. 
• Provide detailed data analysis updates to leadership and stakeholders by participating in, and when PACAF is the lead facilitating, meetings/forums, and coordinating, consolidating, developing, and delivering/presenting associated meeting materials.
  

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years’ recent experience above tasks/duties, PowerBI, SharePoint, MS Teams, Microsoft Office Suite-MS Word, MS Excel on/in Pacific AOR environment.
• REQUIRED EDUCATION: Associates or equivalent degree in STEM, Data Analytics, Business, related subject matter/fields.
• MUST Live/Reside near Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam for periodic meeting on base. 
• REQUIRED CLEARANCE: Active Secret.,
