To gather required reporting and dashboard for regular review and monitoring of all CASA products & processes through product notes, MIS with an aim to increase customer delight.
Responsibilities1. Building of different MIS, Dashboards and Analytical models
2. Engage with IT MIS team to automate MISs for production
3. Analyse different trends in data and present meaningful analysis and MIS to management
4. Track key business parameters and develop reports related to Products, Portfolio Movement, RM productivity, Sales Team Productivity etc.
5. Provide required inputs for Incentive calculations for RMs and Sales team and run a sanity check on it.
Qualifications: Graduate/Post graduate
Experience: 5 to 8 years
