As a Testing Associate in Cross Product Change Services within Digital Platform Services, you support change programs that enhance digital capabilities across securities services. You partner with product, application development, operations, and quality teams to translate requirements into clear test scenarios and evidence-based outcomes. You help strengthen controls, improve client experience, and contribute to scalable infrastructure through disciplined test planning and execution.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements to confirm scope, assumptions, and test coverage needs across custody, settlements, and asset servicing change programs
- Define current and target process flows to document the operational impact of technology and process changes
- Document test strategy, test plan, entry criteria, and exit criteria in line with established team practices
- Develop user acceptance testing scenarios and scripts that are traceable to requirements and control objectives
- Execute agreed test scenarios, capturing results and evidence in Jira
- Record defects and gaps clearly, including steps to reproduce, expected outcomes, and supporting evidence
- Identify delivery risks and issues early, proposing practical mitigation actions to protect timelines and quality outcomes
- Track testing progress, dependencies, and actions through to closure, maintaining transparency for stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, materials, and minutes to keep delivery teams aligned on decisions and next steps
- Communicate status, risks, and blockers to management and stakeholders with timely, concise updates
- Demonstrate quality leadership through ownership, constructive challenge, and consistent execution standards
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
- Demonstrate functional experience in at least one domain such as payments, custody, trade instruction capture, settlements, asset servicing, cash management, client onboarding, reference data, or fund services
- Hold a graduate or postgraduate degree
- Evidence 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry
- Apply structured problem-solving skills to break down complex topics, synthesize insights, and recommend practical actions
- Manage priorities independently to deliver tasks to completion under tight deadlines
- Build effective stakeholder partnerships, including engagement with senior leaders and business contacts
- Produce clear written communication and deliver confident verbal communication suited to varied audiences
