About the role:

Are you passionate about combining data-driven insights with a purpose-driven brand? At Rothy’s, we’re on a mission to create beautiful, sustainable products - and we’re looking for a strategic thinker with strong analytical expertise to help us grow smarter. As the Data Analytics Manager, you’ll support our omni-channel teams (eCommerce, retail, and marketplace) to uncover meaningful insights across the customer journey. • Proactively highlight risks and opportunities based on sales trends, customer behavior, and channel performance

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align reporting with evolving business goals and strategic initiatives

Customer & Behavioral Analytics

  • Create data assets and automated alerting to monitor & reporting of key behavioral trends across channels (e.g., new vs. retained customer analytics)

  • Conduct market basket analyses to identify purchase patterns and opportunities for cross-sell/upsell

  • Build and maintain product index performance reporting by customer segment

You are:
  • An analytical thinker who excels at uncovering insights, communicating clearly with stakeholders, and telling compelling stories through data and visualizations

  • Familiar with omni-channel business models, including retail, eCommerce, and marketplace environments, and how they intersect across the customer journey

  • Detail-oriented and precise, with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and consistency across multiple tools and platforms

You have:
  • 3-5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or related roles

  • Solid skills in analytical insight, stakeholder communication, storytelling with data, and data visualization

  • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau or Looker (dashboard creation, LookML preferred).

  • Hands-on experience with Segment, Shopify Plus, and Amplitude

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Our benefits:
  • Generous paid time off

  • 401k matching

  • Comprehensive health plans for you and your family

  • Supplemental mental health benefits

  • Monthly wellness reimbursement

  • Dog friendly offices
