We are seeking a visionary and analytical Data Analytics Manager to join our team in Mainz, Germany. In this role, you will lead our data analytics efforts, driving data-driven decision-making across the organization and managing a team of skilled analysts.
- Develop and implement data analytics strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Oversee the design and execution of complex data analysis projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven solutions for business challenges
- Translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights for stakeholders
- Implement best practices for data governance, quality, and security
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data analytics
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior management
- Drive the adoption of advanced analytics techniques, including predictive modeling and machine learning
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and R
- Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Strong statistical analysis skills and understanding of machine learning techniques
- Excellent project management abilities and experience leading cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of translating complex data into actionable business insights
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Experience with business intelligence and data warehousing concepts
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional) are a plus
