Role Purpose:
As the Data Analytics & Insights Manager, you will spearhead measurement and analytics processes for Omnichannel Marketing initiatives. You will focus on ensuring data quality and integrity, building a unified HCP master view, and generating actionable insights to inform and optimize omnichannel execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a unified HCP master data view by consolidating data from various sources.
- Define lead/lag KPIs, evaluate channel and content performance, and analyze stakeholder behavior.
- Design real-time, data-driven dashboards using business intelligence tools to track campaign and initiative performance.
- Build and execute short- and long-term measurement plans for campaigns, assessing channel ROI and recommending enhancements.
- Optimize campaign design and execution through data-driven insights, running A/B tests, scenario analyses, and predictive modeling.
- Analyze CX metrics, survey results, and HCP feedback, while tracking content effectiveness.
- Provide actionable insights across local and regional stakeholders to improve campaign and content effectiveness and optimize channel strategies.
- Collaborate with the Centers of Excellence to adopt advanced data science techniques and establish OC analytics best practices globally.
- Integrate omnichannel analytics with broader commercial analytics to deliver a unified view of execution and stakeholder experience.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Marketing, Pharmacy/Detailing, or a related field. Pharmaceutical/medical equipment knowledge is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in analytics, business intelligence, or data science, preferably at a management or leadership level.
- Preferred Certifications: Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, or Project Management certifications.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in cross-channel analytics, campaign performance evaluation, dashboard creation, predictive modeling, master data management, KPI monitoring, and content analytics.
- Tools: Proficiency with MS Office, Tableau/Power BI, R/Python, Veeva/Salesforce CRMs, Claravine, DAM, SFMC/Pardot, and Google Analytics.
- Behavioral Skills: Strong collaboration, detail-oriented, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management abilities.
