Job DescriptionReporting to the Global Senior Data Analytics Manager within Global Internal Audit (GIA), the GIA Data Analytics Hub Manager leads the delivery of data integration and analytics solutions that improve audit efficiency and effectiveness. This role partners with audit teams and data owners across Experian to develop curated datasets, self-service dashboards, and scalable analytics capabilities that support audit planning and testing activities. The position also provides leadership and guidance to a team of Senior Data Analysts.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Lead the strategy, planning, and delivery of the GIA Data Analytics Hub roadmap, prioritizing projects that provide the greatest value to audit teams.
- Maintain data integrations from enterprise systems, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and availability for audit analytics use cases.
- Design parameter-driven Tableau dashboards that enable self-service audit planning, testing, and reporting capabilities.
- Manage governance processes for analytics assets, including dashboard publication, documentation, knowledge management, and compliance with data retention standards.
- Mentor Senior Data Analysts while driving continuous improvements in data curation, analytics processes, and reporting solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experienced leading data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering plans within Internal Audit, Risk Management, or a similar governance environment.
- Experienced integrating and managing data from multiple sources using SQL, APIs, and other data connectivity methods.
- Proficiency with data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SAS, or Python.
- Experienced developing dashboards, data preparation workflows, and scalable reporting solutions.
- Experience leading projects and coordinating deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
- Cloud platform experience, AWS is desired.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into applicable insights.
