We are seeking a talented and driven Data Engineer to join our growing data team. You will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining robust data pipelines and storage solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in data engineering principles, proficiency in a variety of data technologies, and a passion for ensuring data quality and security.

Programming Languages: Proficient in Python.

Data Manipulation & Analysis: Strong experience with Pandas.

CI/CD: Experience with Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.

Databases: Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Snowflake and PostgreSQL.

Version Control: Proficient with Git for code management and collaboration.

Reverse ETL: Experience with Hightouch or similar Reverse ETL tools.

Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and its data-related services.

Data Visualization & Exploration: Experience with Sigma Computing or other BI and analytics platforms.

Data Querying: Strong SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
Key Responsabilities:
- Data Pipeline Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse (Snowflake) and other data stores (PostgreSQL).
- Data Storage Optimization: Maintain and optimize our data storage systems (Snowflake and PostgreSQL) for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Data Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor data quality checks and processes to guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and availability of data for reporting and analysis.
Security and Privacy: Implement and adhere to security measures and data privacy policies to protect sensitive information.
- CI/CD Implementation: Utilize Jenkins to build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for data engineering workflows.
Reverse ETL Integration: Design and implement Reverse ETL processes using Hightouch to push data from the data warehouse back to operational systems.

- Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide1 effective data solutions.  

-Documentation: Create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for data pipelines, storage systems, and processes.
Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve data-related issues and provide support to data consumers.
