Role Description

The key elements of the role are:

  • Execute industry-leading technical configuration, data management, visualisation and analysis projects across a broad range of clients
  • Play a key role in our data community, both locally and globally, sharing best practice with specialists across a range of disciplines including whole stack deployment, visualisation, optimisation, modelling and innovation
  • Lead the Analytics team to develop their technical and commercial skillsets
  • Partner closely with the wider department; working alongside the data operations and project management teams, you’ll help grow the team’s profile and profitability

Skills & Experience Required

We welcome applications from those with 6+ years’ relevant work experience.

Essential qualities

  • Proven experience in delivering technical digital analytics projects. You will have a strong foundational knowledge of data manipulation, management and visualisation best practice. From that you will have developed a specialism in at least one of the following areas; media analytics, site analysis & optimisation, customer segmentation, statistical modelling, configuring components of the Google / Adobe tech stacks.
  • A willing mentor; acutely aware of the value in helping others learn
  • Great interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, as well as an empathy for resistance to change
  • Excellent communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to a diverse audience
  • An eye for innovation; in analytical approaches, business process and commercial structure
  • Gravitas as a subject matter expert
  • An ambition for personal development; the appetite to define your own career path
  • A broad understanding of AdTech or MarTech and the business processes they underpin
  • Remain calm when faced with multiple tasks; able to prioritise and deliver on time
  • A disposition towards solutions, not problems
  • Fluency in English (written and oral)
