Overview of Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding data situations and creating communications for clients who purchase one or more of IQVIA’s syndicated prescription, patient and/or sales data offerings (e.g. NPA, Xponent, DDD, NSP, WSP etc.).
Job Responsibilities:
- Composes client-facing communications based on information collected regarding various data situations
- Under supervision and following SOP’s, identifies the details needed for each communication
- Provides verbal communication on weekly call with Client Service to explain data situations
- Under guidance, responds to questions about the data situations
- May identify opportunities for changes/updates to existing SOP’s
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, English, Business, or related field(s)
- At least 2 years’ experience with communications
- Experience using Microsoft software tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word,)
- Additional Requirements:
- Requires analytical thinking and effective time management skills
- Ability to present results to customers
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Works effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals
- Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of business
- Knowledge of industry and an understanding of the marketplace
- Amenable to work on a hybrid set up in Mckinley, Taguig
- Amenable to work on night shift schedule
