This role involves managing the entire data lifecycle, from collection and validation to analysis and visualization. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong technical background and a proven ability to communicate complex data narratives to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. They will be the guardian of data integrity and the architect of our data-driven decision-making culture.
AccountabilitiesBuild and execute data strategies aligned with eCommerce goals.
Create and maintain dashboards/reports using tools like Looker Studio and Power BI.
Analyze customer behavior, funnels, product performance, and campaign effectiveness to uncover insights.
Ensure data accuracy through validation, audits, and quality checks.
Work with engineering teams on tracking/tagging implementation via GTM and analytics platforms.
Present insights clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Manage analytics platforms including GA4, GTM, and reporting tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
Write SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and analysis.
Monitor and optimize key eCommerce and performance marketing metrics.
Support marketing and growth teams with actionable insights to improve ROI and conversions.
Identify and troubleshoot tracking/reporting issues proactively.
Create scalable reporting processes and maintain data documentation.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics, preferably within eCommerce or performance-driven digital businesses.
Strong expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), SQL, and dashboarding/reporting tools.
Experience working with platforms like Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar is a plus.
Comfortable working closely with marketing, product, engineering, and leadership teams.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data into business insights.
Someone proactive, curious, and highly ownership-driven.
