WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Analyze complex data sets, identify meaningful trends, and deliver actionable recommendations that drive business outcomes
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop product and business metrics that empower us to make informed decisions
- Communicate data-driven results and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize and share key analytics and business insights
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Math, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics) or equivalent practical experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a relevant role
- MUST HAVE Experience applying statistical methods to analyze large datasets using a programming language like Python or R and proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience building data visualizations and dashboards to tell compelling stories and present findings to stakeholders with varying levels of technical depth
- Strong communication and presentation skills with proven ability to distill complex analytical concepts into clear, concise insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Persistence and curiosity when working with new and sometimes complex datasets
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts
- Previous exposure to adtech, media, or measurement analytics
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Knowledge of basic statistical concepts and methodologies
