JOB DESCRIPTION:
Heart Failure (HF), formerly, Acelis Connected Health (ACH) is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Manila. This role is essential for analyzing and reporting data to support our operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, with a solid background in Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Generate comprehensive reports to support decision-making processes.
- Utilize MS Excel and Power BI to create and manage data visualizations and dashboards.
- Ability to collaborate with various departments to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Communicate findings effectively with all levels of leadership within a matrix organization.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong background in Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management.
- Mastery of MS Excel and Power BI.
- Proven experience in managing within a matrix organization.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of leadership.
- A proactive mindset focused on achieving excellence and continuous improvement.
