We are looking for a Data Analyst to support our efforts in transforming data into actionable insights that shape our content strategy. You will play a key role in driving the success of our streaming platform by analyzing content performance, contributing to the content greenlighting process, and supporting data-driven decision-making. You will have a foundation in analytics and a passion for media and entertainment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze content performance across important metrics such as engagement, retention, and monetization to identify trends and opportunities.
- Help design and build analyses to uncover audience preferences and content ROI.
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide partners with accessible and relevant insights.
- Help develop methodologies for audience forecasting, content greenlighting, and performance benchmarking.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and reliability for analytics purposes.
- Partner with content licensors, producers, and programming teams to provide insights into audience engagement and preferences.
- Translate data findings into clear reports and presentations to inform creative and strategic decisions.
- Contribute to the evaluation of localization and dubbing efforts by analyzing their impact on audience engagement and market performance.

About YouTechnical Skills:
- Data Visualization Tools: Familiarity with platforms like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- SQL: Basic to intermediate skills for querying and analyzing datasets.
- Event Analytics Tools: Exposure to tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
- Data Infrastructure: Understanding of cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery) is a bonus.
Experience Requirements:
- Some internship experience in analytics or a related field.
- Examples of personal or collegiate projects required.
