Role summary:
We are looking for a sharp and business-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end analytical processes and play a key part in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and promote business growth.

What you’ll do:
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to extract insights that support key business initiatives.
- Provide recommendations based on data to help improve performance and optimize processes.
- Define and monitor KPIs to track progress and identify trends.
- Perform smart monitoring of operational and strategic processes.
- Participate in the development of data infrastructure and analytical models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Clearly communicate analytical findings and insights through presentations, dashboards, and visualizations tailored to various stakeholders
Who you are?
- At least 3 years of experience as a data or business analyst
- A creative and analytical thinker with a data-driven mindset
- A strong team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Building dashboards and reports that drive decision-making
- Contributing to the design of data models and infrastructure
- Working with large datasets using SQL
- Using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to visualize trends and performance
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields such as Mathematics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related discipline
- High-level proficiency in English (written and spoken)
