HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:

• Collaborate with internal and external business stakeholders to understand their data and reporting needs
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to support business decisions and provide actionable insights.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in BI reports and dashboards.
• Continuously refine BI reports and dashboards to meet evolving business needs.
• Analyze business performance metrics and provide insights on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Present data insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
• Support the testing and monitoring of new strategies to optimize the use of new relevant business products within a risk appetite

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a technical discipline
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong data and analysis skills: able to manipulate large amounts of structured/unstructured data, summarize data in a succinct and understandable manner, and analyze the results to find key conclusions
• SQL, advanced Excel, Python to query, analyze, clean, transform data.
• Experience working with business intelligence and visualization tools such as PowerBI
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
