About the Job:
We are looking for a Data Analyst to revolutionize how we measure and scale our Partner Ecosystem & Services Business.. In this role, you won't just build dashboards; you will build intelligent systems. You will sit at the intersection of Channel Operations and Data Science, using Snowflake, SQL, and Python to turn raw data into a competitive advantage.
What will you do?
AI-Driven Visualization: Develop high-impact dashboards (Tableau, CRMA, or Preset) that incorporate AI-generated narratives and automated trend detection.
Ecosystem Intelligence: Design and maintain a "Single Source of Truth" in Snowflake for all data (Rebates, Co-sell, MDF, and Training).
Workflow Automation: Use AI tools to automate the generation of SQL queries, Python scripts, and dashboard documentation to increase team velocity.
The ideal candidate is an AI enthusiast who leverages Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate dashboarding workflows, generate natural language insights, and predict partner performance.
What will you bring?
SQL Mastery: Expert-level ability to write complex, performant queries in Snowflake.
Modern BI Tools: Mastery of at least one major visualization tool (Tableau, CRMA, Sigma) with a preference for those who have built Streamlit apps or CRMA
Python Proficiency: Experience using Python for data manipulation (pandas, numpy) and integrating with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) or Snowflake Cortex.
AI Integration: Proven experience using LLMs to enhance the data lifecycle (e.g., text-to-SQL, automated data cleaning, or predictive analytics).
Domain Expertise: Previous experience with Channel/Partner/Services (GLS/GPS/TAM) is highly preferred.
Soft Skills
Collaborative Architect: You enjoy working with cross-functional teams to understand the "why" behind the data.
The "AI-First" Mindset: You naturally look for ways to automate the boring parts of data analysis.
Strategic Storytelling: You can translate a complex "Partner Co-sell" matrix into a clear story for the Sales Executives.
Why Join Us?
Opportunity to lead the transition from reactive reporting to predictive ecosystem intelligence.
Budget and support for modern AI tools and experimentation.
