Primary Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights
  • Investigate data issues, anomalies, and non-standard requests within assigned functional areas
  • Provide accurate explanations, interpretations, and recommendations based on data findings
  • Utilize relevant data, metrics, and business information to solve operational and analytical problems
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data summaries to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand information needs and deliver analytical support
  • Prioritize and manage multiple assignments to meet established timelines and service expectations
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reports and analyses
  • Communicate findings and analytical outcomes clearly to business and operational teams
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, or business analytics
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Demonstrated solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate findings effectively
  • Demonstrated solid organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proven effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently within a specialized knowledge area while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Proven eagerness to learn and apply analytical techniques to solve business problems
