Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights
- Investigate data issues, anomalies, and non-standard requests within assigned functional areas
- Provide accurate explanations, interpretations, and recommendations based on data findings
- Utilize relevant data, metrics, and business information to solve operational and analytical problems
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data summaries to support business decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand information needs and deliver analytical support
- Prioritize and manage multiple assignments to meet established timelines and service expectations
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reports and analyses
- Communicate findings and analytical outcomes clearly to business and operational teams
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, or business analytics
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Demonstrated solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate findings effectively
- Demonstrated solid organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Proven effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently within a specialized knowledge area while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proven eagerness to learn and apply analytical techniques to solve business problems
