Job Description: Work with multiple stakeholders within Sales Organizations to understand business needs and develop reports and dashboards in Salesforce. Work with systems teams to enhance the business system. Develop KPIs (key performance indicators) by gathering and documenting requirements, identifying and extracting data, and developing solutions. Work with business process owners to develop process & data flows to streamline business processes. Communicate actionable business insights to stakeholders in timely manner. Manage access permission to salesforce reports and dashboards according to business needs. Present and communicate business impacts to stakeholders based on your analysis. Collaborate with other analysts in the team to maintain the quality and consistency of reporting.
Minimum Requirements:
• Education and Experience: Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Analytics, Data Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field and one (1) year of experience in business analysis or data analysis.
• Special Skills: This position also requires education or experience in: Requires education or experience in 1) building accurate reports and dashboards in Salesforce; 2) Salesforce Setup feature,customization options, and report and dashboard access permissions; 3) SQL for analytics; 4)Building data visualizations in Tableau; 5) SAS; 6) Python; 7) Statistical concepts such as linearregression and ARIMA; and 8) Developing forecast model.

Salary Range: $ 145,000 to $196,000 per year.
The compensation range for this position is specific to the location(s) listed in this notice and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position, taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions—including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors. Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’sequity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
