The Role:   

• Data Collection and Acquisition: 

• Collect and gather data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, APIs, and external sources. 

• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of data through data validation and cleansing processes. 

• Collaborate with business team and IT Team to design and implement data collection systems and processes. 

• Data Processing and Preparation: 

• Clean, transform, and preprocess raw data to make it suitable for analysis. 

• Perform data wrangling tasks, such as data normalization, aggregation, and feature engineering. 

• Identify and address data quality issues and inconsistencies. 

• Data Analysis and Interpretation: 

• Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data to answer business questions and solve problems. 

• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. 

• Business Insights and Recommendations: 

• Interpret analysis results and translate them into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders. 

• Collaborate with business units to understand their requirements and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making. 

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, revenue optimization, and cost reduction based on data analysis. 

• Data Visualization and Communication: 

• Create compelling data visualizations, charts, and graphs to communicate findings effectively. 

• Present analysis results and insights to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and interactive dashboards. 

• Tailor communication to different audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Data projects. 

• Coding and preparation of Data 

• Experience with either Zoho or Power BI or similar platforms.
