This position involves developing high-quality Power BI reports and dashboards. It supports low-code solutions via Power Apps. It also involves working with cloud-based data analysis tools, including Snowflake and Analytics Cloud. As part of the Project Management Office, the analyst will partner with execution teams from business, Finance, and IT to convert business needs into trusted data products that aid decision-making. The ideal candidate can transform customer and participant requirements into effective, scalable analytics solutions, combining technical expertise with business knowledge.
This is a hybrid role with proximity to one of Dematic’s U.S. office locations preferred (e.g., Grand Rapids, MI; Atlanta, GA; Milwaukee, WI; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX).

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $71,000-105,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills
Tasks and Qualifications:This Is What You Will Do in This Role:
Build, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for global collaborators.
Act as a data and analytics partner within the PMO, supporting project execution and operational teams.
Work with Snowflake tables and cloud analytics platforms to extract, transform, and analyze data.
Develop and support Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to streamline data collection and reporting workflows.
Integrate data from multiple enterprise systems including SAP, Smartsheet, and other operational tools.
Translate customer and collaborator requirements into scalable, data-driven solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across reports and analytical outputs.
Identify trends, patterns, and gaps in data and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Support data automation and self-service analytics initiatives.
Document data sources, logic, and reporting definitions to promote transparency and reuse.
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience.
3–5+ years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role.
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI including data modeling and visualization guidelines.
Experience handling relational databases and SQL; familiarity with Snowflake is preferred.
Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, and low-code/no-code platforms.
Experience handling extensive datasets from various origins.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP and Smartsheet is a plus.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Self-motivated, diligent, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting PMO, project execution, or operational analytics.
Direct involvement with AI-enhanced analytics tools, copilots, or intelligent agents.
Exposure to automation, process improvement, or DataOps practices.
Experience supporting global or cross-regional business teams.
