- 5+ years of experience in a Data Science, Data Analysis, Product Analysis, or quantitative research role (including hands-on academic research) in a data-rich environment.
- MSc/PhD in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or another quantitative field.
- Strong Python skills, including experience using modern LLM-based coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor).
- Strong statistical background, including solid grounding in statistical modeling and hands-on experience with data-driven experimentation (A/B testing) theory, techniques, and tools
- Strong SQL skills, preferably with experience working with large-scale data platforms such as Google BigQuery.
- Familiarity with Machine learning concepts and techniques
- Fast learning capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, a curiosity to master new tools and technologies, and strong communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with global teams.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in software development or a background in Computer Science
- Experience with BI tools (such as Tableau or Qlik)
- Experience in reviewing data-science related articles and converting them into practical research or working products
How you’ll make an impact:
- Analyze large-scale data to generate actionable insights and recommendations that drive algorithm development and business initiatives.
- Develop and define new metrics and KPIs to evaluate product and algorithm performance.
- Design and implement advanced analysis tools using Python notebooks, Grafana, and other data analytics solutions.
