We are looking for a Data Analyst to join Reporting & Analytics team (Global Benefits Management business) and support the transformation of how we manage and use data across our business.
This role is about making data usable, connected, and actionable in a complex, real-world environment.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders and be responsible for delivering regular and ad-hoc reporting to stakeholders across multiple regions globally.
This role will be based in Cluj. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
- Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to global stakeholders across different regions and teams
- Consolidate and clean data from multiple sources (Excel, internal systems, etc.)
- Build and maintain datasets used for reporting and analysis
- Translate business questions into data analysis
- Identify inconsistencies, gaps, and opportunities in existing data
- Support data governance efforts (definitions, ownership, structure)
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand real business needs (not just technical requirements)
- Help gradually transition from manual processes to more structured and scalable solution
What you need to have:
- Experience in working in an international environment
- A very good command of English - you will use it every day in meetings, chats, and documentation
- Very good Excel skills
- Experience with large datasets or multiple data sources
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to understand business context, not just data
- Strong ownership and reliability
- Willingness to learn and develop
Nice-to-have:
- Practical knowledge of Power BI
- SQL skills
- Basic understanding of data modeling (practical, not academic)
- Experience in reporting, finance, or operational analytics
