We're pooling for Data Analyst Interns!
MSPbots is currently building a talent pool for future Data Analyst Intern openings, particularly under the Migrations and Internal Automations teams. This posting is for manpooling purposes only; shortlisted candidates will be notified when hiring begins.
This is not a typical internship. It’s a full-time, paid role designed for recent graduates and career shifters who are ready to dive into data analytics, support live projects, and grow into a long-term contributor on our team.
Location: Remote, with occasional once-a-month on-site setup (Philippine-based only)
Schedule: Midshift | 5 PM-2 AM PHT, Rest Days every Saturday & Sunday
Duration: 6 months (with opportunity for full-time employment)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Learn and understand the structure and mission of the Migrations and/or Internal Automations teams
- Assist in writing basic SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
- Replicate dashboards, widgets, and reports for operational use
- Shadow team members to gain insight into day-to-day data tasks
- Handle various job-related tasks to support team goals and process improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Basic SQL knowledge is required—applicants should be comfortable applying it in practice
- Has a genuine interest in data analysis and process automation
- Experience or exposure to automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Python scripts, workflow automation) is a plus
- Recent college graduates or career shifters (This is not a school-accredited internship)
- Passionate about technology, with strong curiosity and initiative
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to coordinate across teams and departments
- Proficient in basic computer tools and self-motivated
- Must have own WFH setup (computer/laptop, webcam, headset, wired internet)

- $2/hr during internship, with a clear path to $3–$4/hr upon full-time hire based on performance

- After evaluation, interns may be endorsed for a full-time Junior Data Analyst role and work closely with clients (shift will change to 8 AM–5 PM Central Time)
- Remote setup with occasional on-site days (transportation allowance covered)
