Data Analyst I – ProgressiveHealth Rehabilitation, Inc. – Evansville, IN
ProgressiveHealth is seeking a Data Analyst I to join our Central Operations team in Evansville, IN. This role supports the organization by collecting, analyzing, and reporting on data to help inform business decisions, improve operational efficiency, and support technology and compliance initiatives across the company.
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday, primarily on-site position located at our Central Operations office on Evansville’s west side.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to support operational, financial, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports used by leadership and internal teams.
- Assist with data validation, cleanup, and transformation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate requirements into clear, actionable visualizations.
- Support recurring and ad-hoc reporting requests while identifying opportunities to improve data accessibility and usability.
- Document data sources, report logic, and reporting processes to support continuity, accuracy, and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in reporting workflows, tools, and data-driven decision-making

Our ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience working with Power BI to build dashboards and visual reports.
- Strong skills in Excel and comfort working with datasets.
- Basic experience with SQL or other data query tools preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow.
