The Account Representative is responsible for submitting insurance charges, completing A/R validation reports, and managing communication with clients regarding financial balances.

The Compliance Analyst will monitor revenue cycle processes, validate accounts, conduct claims reviews, and provide feedback to enhance compliance and billing accuracy.

Provide part-time, in-office legal and administrative support: contract preparation and tracking, document management, basic legal research, template maintenance, and coordination with Legal, Compliance, HR, Finance, and Operations.

Support full-cycle recruitment: implement sourcing strategies, post jobs, source candidates, manage pre-employment tasks, coordinate offers/onboarding, maintain HRIS/ATS and HR records, ensure compliance, partner with hiring managers, and assist with recruiting events and special projects.

Provide clinical oversight and support in an occupational health clinic, participate in patient care, and engage with nurse practitioners.

Provide administrative and legal support to the Legal team, focusing on contract coordination, document management, and legal research.
