What you will do
Assist in extracting, managing and analyzing data.
Assist with data profiling and data analysis to better understand data.
Assembles data models and may implement normalization, table analysis and review of queries.
Performs data studies for new sources or new uses of existing data sources.
Works with experienced team members and the business to assess the validity of the data and achieve minimum levels of quality.
Gathers and compiles data using standard documented data collection techniques.
Collaborates with others responsible for analytics.
Engages in other duties as needed that support Alliant Energy’s Values and helps deliver on our Purpose to serve customers and build stronger communities.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Emphasis in math, Statistics, analytics, operations research, Computer Science or other applicable field Preferred
Preferred Experience
1 year of related experience
Experience in Programming Languages (e.g., SQL, VBA, ACL) required.
Experience with ad-hoc data analysis, data integration, statistical concepts and Regression.

Pay Range:
$58,000-$75,000This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
