Perform moderately complex grid planning work supporting generation, transmission, and distribution planning. Build models and run power flow, short-circuit, and transient studies; support interconnection studies and agreements; collaborate with stakeholders, contribute to budgeting and multi-year planning, and apply regulatory and engineering standards to maintain reliability and compliance.

Design, analyze, and operate electric grid systems across levels (I-III). Perform system studies, relay coordination, SCADA programming, outage response, reliability analysis, planning, budgeting, and stakeholder communication while ensuring safety and standards compliance.
