Manages relationships with major commercial, industrial, municipal, university, and food-production customers. Advises clients on energy use, billing, pricing, contracts, tariffs, sustainability, and efficiency opportunities; coordinates utility agreements and service delivery; supports customer growth and economic development; maintains records and interruption databases; ensures regulatory compliance; and travels throughout the Beloit and Janesville area to build trusted customer partnerships.

Maintains and monitors enterprise network infrastructure, responds to alarms and support tickets, troubleshoots Layer 1–3 issues, provisions circuits, configures devices, and coordinates incidents and maintenance with field and engineering teams. The role also leads technical projects, documentation, disaster recovery drills, change control, vendor coordination, regulatory compliance, and end-user training while supporting resilient and secure computing services.

Provides senior-level HR operational support across the employee lifecycle. Oversees leave and accommodation programs, employee relations, workplace investigations, HR case management, Workday administration, service escalation, reporting, and operational metrics. Partners with HR, Legal, IT, vendors, and business leaders on organizational change, compliance, workforce planning, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead complex engineering initiatives within boiler systems for power generation, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations while mentoring less experienced personnel.

Design, implement, and evolve enterprise cloud platform capabilities across cloud and hybrid environments. Build infrastructure automation and IaC frameworks, container orchestration (Kubernetes), observability, identity, and shared platform services. Drive cloud governance, cost optimization, reliability engineering, and AI-enabled automation. Provide technical leadership, standards, and consultation to support cloud adoption and platform modernization.

The role involves overseeing grid planning, ensuring safety compliance, solving complex problems, managing budgets, and conducting systems analysis for engineering projects.
