Job Summary
Engages in data collection, maintenance, and analysis to support evaluation, assessment, and strategic planning for management decisions. Responsible for the formatting of raw data and subsequent translation into valuable information to be utilized in assessing ongoing business performance and to support decision making.
Job Responsibilities
- Looking over financial policy documentation and data
- Performs a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes
- Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management
- Building and maintaining dashboards for monthly and quarterly reports
- Good communication skills with both technical and non-technical leaders and colleagues
- Proficiency in working closely with data engineering teams and data pipelines
Education
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred
Experience
- Typically requires 1-2 years of dedicated data experience (Analytics, Engineering, etc.)
- Background in Title, Real Estate, or Mortgage
Skills
- SQL / Snowflake
- Python or Java Script
- Power Bi or Tableau
- Azure DevOps or TFS
- Agile SDL

Pay Range & Benefits
$54,178.80 - $90,298.00 Annually
The base salary range provided is consistent with similar roles at the Company. The base salary range is not an absolute, but a guide, and actual offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components. Depending upon all of the preceding considerations, the base salary may be lower or higher than the stated range.
