Data Analyst, Growth (EMEA)
Lightspeed is seeking a talented Data Analyst to support the Growth team by building scalable reports, analyzing performance, and providing insights that drive lead generation and sales. With a strong analytical mindset and a passion for marketing and sales data, you'll help us understand what’s working, what’s not, and what to do next.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Own the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports to track performance across the Marketing and Sales funnel
- Analyze KPIs including leads, revenue, conversion rates, website traffic, and content engagement
- Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and deliver actionable insights
- Maintain data integrity across marketing platforms including Google Analytics, Salesforce, and our BI tools
- Partner with the Growth Marketers to identify opportunities, improve campaign performance, and automate workflows
- Proactively identify and investigate data anomalies and trends
What you’ll be bringing to the team:
- 3+ years of experience in a data or marketing analytics role
- Advanced SQL skills (bonus: experience with BigQuery and GCP)
- Proficient in Looker or other BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics, including conversion rates and web engagement
- Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms
- Excellent problem-solving and data storytelling skills
Even better if you have, but not necessary:
- Experience with Python, R, or another programming language
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing or growth marketing teams
- Experience designing or analyzing A/B tests
- Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation tools
