<p>Data Analyst with expertise in developing dashboards using <strong>Grafana</strong>. <li>Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Grafana based on business requirements and objectives.</li>
<li>Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets from various sources to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.</li>
<li>Business Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective data visualizations and reports.</li>
<li>Data Integration: Integrate data from different sources, including databases, APIs, and third-party tools, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.</li>
<li>Performance Monitoring: Monitor and optimize dashboard performance to ensure fast and reliable access to key metrics and KPIs.</li>
<li>Documentation and Training: Document dashboard functionalities and provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of the tools.</li>
<li>Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data visualization and analytics, and proactively suggest improvements to existing dashboards and processes.</li>

<li>5+ years Proven experience as a Data Analyst</li>
<li><strong>Dashboard Development </strong>- Proficiency in Grafana and experience with its features, such as panels, alerts, and data sources</li>
<li>Solid understanding of SQL and experience with querying relational databases data visualization tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)</li>
<li>Experience with data integration and ETL processes</li>
<li><strong>Analytical Skills:</strong> Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.</li>
<li><strong>Communication Skills:</strong> Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data findings in a clear and compelling manner.</li>
