Data Analyst (Excel - VlookUp Specialist)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically in using VLOOKUP and other complex functions to manage, analyze, and interpret data. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets to provide actionable insights that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Perform advanced data analysis using Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, PivotTables, and conditional formulas.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to track business performance.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in datasets to support strategic planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Document processes and provide recommendations for improving data management and reporting efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong expertise in VLOOKUP and related functions.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL or other database management systems preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
