Job Description:
Total Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Should be well-versed with Adobe Target to design, execute, and optimise personalised digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Has experience in developing and implementing A/B tests, multivariate tests, and segmentation strategies to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
- Analyse data and user behaviour to identify opportunities for optimisation and personalisation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to implement targeted campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, personalisation, and optimisation.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on Adobe Target functionalities and best practices.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics and campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Have an understanding of A4T integration
- Have experience in tag managers such as Adobe Launch, GTM, Tealium, etc.
- Have experience in implementing Adobe Web SDK
- Should be able to build Web Analytics KPIs, Technical Requirements and set up different analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, GTM) for different business partners.
- Should be well-versed with Adobe Analytics Features (Variables, Report Suite Configurations, Metrics, Dimensions, Segments, etc.)
Tool expertise needed: Adobe Target, Adobe Launch
Must Have Skills:
- Basic JS, HTML and CSS understanding
- Proficient with Adobe suite and MS Office tools (especially Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication & analytical skills are desired.
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple, concurrent tasks while meeting aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment with optimism.
- Comfortable with remote video collaboration tools, e.g., Zoom, Teams, etc.
