About the Role
We are looking for a meticulous and process-oriented Data Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data that powers our go-to-market systems and analytics. Your work will directly support strategic decision-making across sales, marketing, customer success, and finance by maintaining high data integrity standards throughout the revenue lifecycle.
Key Tasks:
Develop and implement data quality standards, validation rules, and QA processes across CRM, marketing automation, and other revenue systems.
Perform regular data audits to identify, investigate, and resolve data anomalies, duplications, and inconsistencies.
Collaborate with system administrators, analysts, and RevOps stakeholders to ensure data governance policies are properly enforced.
Create automated data quality checks, dashboards, and reports to monitor the health of key data sets (e.g., accounts, contacts, opportunities, pipeline).
Work with cross-functional teams to document and standardize data entry, enrichment, and integration processes.
Support data migration, system integration, and cleansing initiatives to maintain a single source of truth.
Provide root cause analysis for recurring data quality issues and recommend preventive solutions.
What We're Looking For:
Required:
2–5 years of experience in data quality, data operations, or data governance—ideally within Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
Strong understanding of Salesforce and its data structures.
Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred:
Experience with data governance or master data management (MDM) tools.
Knowledge of data privacy compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA).
Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business environments.
