- Own and manage sales and growth data pipelines to ensure accurate and timely business reporting.
- Act as the central coordination point across multiple content and growth teams for daily performance tracking.
- Collect and consolidate daily updates from different teams and maintain operational visibility across ongoing initiatives.
- Identify key performance trends, highlight gaps, flag risks proactively, and escalate critical issues where required.
- Ensure smooth communication loops and operational follow-through so that no critical tasks or updates are missed.
- Work closely with stakeholders to solve ad-hoc business and growth problems through structured data analysis.
- Convert ambiguous business questions into actionable insights through SQL, analytics, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Build and optimize AI-assisted reporting and analytical pipelines beyond standard querying requirements.
- Support cross-functional teams with ongoing data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence requirements.
- Develop a strong understanding of the database architecture and business metrics to independently manage stakeholder requests.
Dat to Day Responsibility :-
- Monitor and manage daily sales and growth reporting pipelines.
- Coordinate with content and growth teams for operational updates and performance tracking.
- Perform data analysis for business, growth, and operational decision-making.
- Create and maintain SQL queries, dashboards, and analytical workflows.
- Support leadership with quick turnaround insights and structured reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely escalation of operational gaps.
- Continuously improve internal reporting systems and analytical processes using automation and AI-assisted tools.
Requirement :-
Must-have- 1.5+ years of hands-on data analytics experience
- Built 3+ end-to-end AI projects — not "used ChatGPT once," but actual pipelines / agents / automations you architected and shipped
- Solved real operational problems in your previous role — ideally ones nobody asked you to solve
- Fire and hunger to prove yourself
- Humble and ethically strong — we share data that matters; you handle it like it's your own
- Strong SQL fluency (Snowflake / Postgres / BigQuery — pick your poison)
- Comfort with Python / pandas / notebooks
- Familiarity with LLM tooling — Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, custom agents
- Exposure to SMB / fintech / SaaS data

Location: Remote (WFH) 5 days working
Skills Required
- At least 1.5 years of hands-on data analytics experience
- Built and shipped at least three end-to-end AI projects, pipelines, agents, or automations
- Experience solving real operational problems in a previous role
- Strong motivation, initiative, and willingness to prove yourself
- Humility and strong ethical standards when handling important data
- Strong SQL proficiency, including Snowflake, PostgreSQL, or BigQuery
