Data Administrator (R-17513)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual data entry and maintenance based on provided updates.
• Collect data for business research purposes.
• Prepare D&B reports and conduct thorough reporting.
• Conduct telephone interviews with researched companies.
• Ensure data quality by identifying and screening data anomalies, including company data verification and financials.
• Identify and detect application errors.
• Suggest new ways to improve the quality of data entry processes.
• Interact with our Worldwide Network D&B partners.
• Collaborate with various teams across the company.

Qualifications:

• An economics background is beneficial.
• Knowledge of basic business terminology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical reasoning skills.
• Comfortable with detailed, administrative, and sometimes repetitive work.
• Native Croatian speaker with fluency in written and spoken English.
