This position is responsible for driving a team developing automation on behalf of several services includes loading/data administration teams, finance and Human resources. He/She will have a deep understanding of data administration processes, combined with expertise in implementing automation solutions to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Develop and implement automation strategies to optimize data administration processes, including data ingestion, validation, transformation, and distribution.
- Manage a team of developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and streamline data workflows.
- Design and deploy automated data quality checks and monitoring mechanisms to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- •Manage and maintain data automation tools and platforms, overseeing configuration, customization, and troubleshooting as needed.
- Lead initiatives to standardize data governance practices and establish best practices for data automation.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in data automation and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or higher in related field
- Strong background in Data Analysis qualifications
- Experienced in hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in data manipulation, ETL and transformation using scripting languages (e.g., Python, C#) and automation framework (Roboframework, UiPath).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective automation solutions.
- Good leadership and team management skills
- This role is based in Bangkok office and collaboration with Global teams
