Key Responsibilities
Test & Measurement Systems
- Develop, configure, and operate state‑of‑the‑art data acquisition systems and instrumentation for global engineering tests.
- Support measurement of temperature, pressure, flow, static/dynamic strain, vibration, clearance, and dynamics.
- Contribute to system design, including sensor selection, signal conditioning, and DAQ hardware.
- Ensure high data quality, integrity, and traceability during test execution.
Software, Data & AI‑Enabled Systems
- Design, develop, and maintain data acquisition and test software using C#, ASP.NET, LabVIEW, and Python.
- Lead end‑to‑end development of complete applications, including architecture, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Integrate an AI‑driven mindset into software solutions by applying analytics, machine learning, and automation to:
- Enable automated data validation and anomaly detection
- Improve test monitoring, diagnostics, and system health
- Accelerate post‑processing and insight generation for rotating machinery data
- Rapidly redesign and enhance existing systems to meet evolving test and business needs.
Technical Leadership & Collaboration
- Work independently with minimal supervision as a key contributor to cross‑functional engineering teams.
- Partner with test, design, and digital teams to deliver high‑quality results on aggressive schedules.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Strong software development experience in C#, ASP.NET, LabVIEW, and/or Python.
Desired
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Knowledge of instrumentation, data acquisition, sensors, and signal conditioning.
- Understanding of signal processing and post‑processing for rotating machinery.
- Experience or strong interest in AI, data analytics, or intelligent automation.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $72,000.00 and $108,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
