ECS is seeking a Dashboard Guru - Junior to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program in Fairfax, VA. In this role, the selected candidate will support Task 3 — Cybersecurity Operations Support by assisting with the development, maintenance, and routine update of cybersecurity dashboards, scheduled reports, and performance metrics used to inform continuous monitoring and cyber operations. The Dashboard Guru - Junior will collect source data, update approved visualizations, perform data quality checks, document report logic, and help senior personnel troubleshoot missing or inconsistent data in support of 24/7/365 cybersecurity engineering, operations, vulnerability management, threat detection, compliance, and RMF activities.

This position contributes to ENOCS mission delivery across the ARNG’s classified and unclassified network environments supporting more than 120,000 users and approximately 141,000 endpoints across about 2,800 sites in 54 states and territories. The role supports defensive cyberspace operations within the DoDIN-A(NG) area of responsibility and helps provide reporting visibility for cyber teams operating in coordination with the NETCOM Global Cyber Center and DISA DCDC. The Dashboard Guru - Junior will work within a technical environment that includes USIEM analytics, C2C and DLP data sources, EDR-supported operations, RMF evidence and eMASS-related reporting, and monitoring activities aligned to both NIPRNet and SIPRNet mission requirements supporting Title 10 and Title 32 operations, mobilization readiness, and domestic emergency response.
Responsibilities- Assist in developing and maintaining cybersecurity dashboards and metric displays that support Task 3 Cybersecurity Operations Support deliverables.
- Collect, validate, and organize source data used for routine cyber reporting, dashboard updates, and continuous monitoring metrics.
- Update approved visualizations and scheduled reports using established templates and documented reporting logic.
- Perform data quality reviews to identify missing, inconsistent, or anomalous values and escalate issues to senior personnel for resolution.
- Document report calculations, source mappings, and update procedures to improve repeatability and reporting accuracy.
- Support senior staff with recurring metric updates tied to cybersecurity operations, compliance activities, and routine reporting requirements.
- Help produce reporting outputs that support visibility into cyber operations using data associated with USIEM analytics and integrated C2C/DLP monitoring activities.
- Assist with reporting that supports continuous monitoring and RMF-related activities, including data used for eMASS record maintenance, security artifacts, and POA&M tracking.
- Contribute to reporting support for ARNG cyber operations spanning classified and unclassified enclaves, including NIPRNet and SIPRNet mission environments.
- Coordinate with senior cyber personnel to troubleshoot routine reporting issues affecting dashboards used by teams operating with NETCOM Global Cyber Center and DISA DCDC-aligned processes.
