This position is part of the DARC Team (Data, AI/ML, and Reporting Center of Excellence) within Intel Finance. DARC is a team of financial analysts and business intelligence experts who partner closely with Intel IT to create and maintain the Finance Analytics Environment (FAE). The FAE is a series of data models and Power BI reports built on Intel's financial systems of record. The FAE allows Intel Finance and other business partners to access critical financial data securely and easily for reporting and analytics.
This role will have responsibilities in customer service, process management, and other DARC operations. The analyst will partner closely with data, reporting, and operations team members within DARC to ensure that the support our customers receive is of the highest quality possible. Daily tasks will allow us to create resources and support materials to help customers better use and understand Finance data products.
The analyst will be responsible for helping monitor our customer support queues, documenting processes, and supporting automation and AI projects relevant to the role. This will be required to understand the data that finance relies on, outline how that data can and should be used, and provide counsel in these areas.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a related field
• 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Power BI Cloud 
• Advanced English proficiency (both verbal and written) Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Costa Rica.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with Intel's systems and data environments
• Experience with the Finance Analytics Environment (FAE) and Finance PBI Reports
• Experience with Service Now or other Customer service tools
