Dance Accompanist

Job Description:

The Boston Conservatory at Berklee Dance Division seeks a djembefola (lead djembe percussionist) to play for West African Dance classes every Wednesday 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM  for the remainder of Spring “25 semester.
 

An advanced level of expertise and experience in West African drumming is required. The drummer will play together with another skilled drummer for the class.

The musician must provide their own instruments.

These classes take place weekly on the Simmon’s University campus in Boston, MA.
