D365FO Solution Architect – Supply Chain

Do you want to manage the architecture of the O2C and integrations in D365FO for our Enterprise and Gaming division and define it for our Hearing division?

In the role as solution architect, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer.

You will manage the overall architecture for the Order to Cash (O2C) process and the integrations within our D365FO instance and have the responsibility to align it with our finance and reverse + warehouse mgmt. teams and all the surrounding application.

You will have to balance the running business of Enterprise and Gaming as well as ensuring a consistency in the architecture within the DTP, digital transformation program, in our Hearing division, where we are moving from Navision to D365.

The team you will be part of:

Based at our global HQ, located in Ballerup, Denmark you will join Supply Chain Solutions team – and report to Director Christian Vindegaard Grønberg.

You will be joining Supply Chain Solutions a team of 8 IT consultants, architects, scrum masters and delivery managers. You will be working in a setup with 2 scrum teams responsible for delivering the O2C process & integration configuration of D365FO. In the teams we have 1 Scrum Masters, 2 functional consultants, and large team from our delivery partner.

We are a diverse team tied together by the aspiration to deliver the best solutions in close collaboration with our business partners.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

• Participate in architectural boards of the DTP program and in our function

• Manage the resolution of impediments providing innovative solution suggestions for our business partners both in the program and for the running solution.

• Approve designs and ensuring no unforeseen impact on the O2C and integration setup when implementing new features.

• Assess the forthcoming releases from Microsoft to see if any impacts the solution or could improve the current setup.

To meet the role's requirements, we imagine that you:

• A higher educational background within in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field of study.

• You possess a solid history of experience in the roles of architect or principal/senior functional consultant with D365FO or AX.

• Experienced stakeholder manager.

• It is beneficial to possess experience in Agile frameworks.

• Take part of a social and collaborative work environment where progress is shared, and problems are openly discussed.

• Possess project-, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Are fluently in written and spoken English and you are comfortable communicating with others.
