Job Purpose

At Haworth, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst in Logistics to drive the transformation of our global supply chain processes through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner between business and technology, shaping scalable logistics solutions that support our international growth and operational excellence.

A glimpse of your daily mission

  • Take the lead as a logistics expert, shaping and optimizing supply chain processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance current systems and drive efficiency across multiple countries and regions.

  • Work closely with business and technology teams to deliver impactful system improvements and global deployments.

  • Translate business needs into smart, scalable system solutions that support complex international operations.

  • Enable teams by delivering training and ensuring strong adoption of new processes and tools.

  • Support system go-live phases and stabilization, resolving challenges and driving continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across cultures, aligning priorities and building strong partnerships.

  • Contribute to building future-ready logistics processes that support business growth and innovation.

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Solid experience in logistics, supply chain, or enterprise systems, ideally within international environments.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, particularly in logistics.

  • Experience in system implementations or transformation programs.

  • Understanding of manufacturing and complex supply chain operations.

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across different regions.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.

Travel Requirements

Opportunity to travel internationally and potentially undertake a temporary assignment in China for up to 1 year.
