In this exciting time of scaling our product and innovating the company with best-in-class business applications, we are looking for a Dynamics 365 FinOps Consultant to join our growing team! In this role you will be responsible for administering and providing functional expertise for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. The goal is to support implementation project cycles and provide 1st level support for business users, while also playing a major role in creating our future business applications strategy together with the Business Applications team.

What you'll be doing:
  • Managing projects within the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations portfolio
  • Assisting and supporting internal users in working with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (ERP, Payment processors, Fixed Asset management, Inventory Management, Procure to Pay, etc).
  • Analysing user needs and creating functional requirements
  • Organising and managing user training
  • Creating and maintain solution documentation
  • Preparing users and projects for go-live
  • Developing simple reports
  • Leading communication between internal users and external partners
  • Collaborating with Business Applications team and other internal departments on implementing process improvements
We're looking for someone who:
  • Has at least 2 years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions
  • Has great knowledge of accounting, finance and supply chain processes
  • Is able to independently develop standards and manage processes
  • Is analytical and has a problem-solving attitude
  • Has excellent communication skills and can be a true consultant to the business
  • Is fluent in English
  • Based in Zagreb, Belgrade or Bucharest
