Position Summary
Collaborates in implementing D2C sales and communications strategies. Serves as guardian of Samsung direct sales channel helping D2C team to ensure eStore sales KPIs are met through commercial operation excellence.Role and Responsibilities
- Support D2C team in analyzing online market data and market sensing.
- Help eStore Manager to improve site reliability by continuously checking sites and raising any issues to technical team.
- Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions.
- Assist D2C teams in setting up promotional activities.
- Assist in supporting local activities that improves Net Promoter Score evaluation.
- Support relations with stakeholders, partners and other divisions.
- Undertake general administrative and clerical duties.
- Provide general assistance to other staff as required.
- Take part in flagship launches of divisions by assisting campaign managers.
- Draft and distribute relevant documentation including but not limited to: promotional Terms & Conditions agreements, D2C communication briefs, D2C post event reports.
- Maintain and update D2C related databases, including pricing catalogs, price crawling service databases, market activity reports, historical price archives etc.
- Support D2C SCM operation with reporting, inventory monitoring and operational tasks including ticketing, Customer Service issue management and platform-related maintenance tasks.
Skills and Qualifications
Requirements
- Fresh graduate with university degree in Economics or any related major
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Fluent in Hungarian and in English (spoken and written)
- Communication skills – clear and concise, ability to present
- Ability to meet high expectations and standards
- Planning and time management skills
