You’ll work closely with our D2C Sales Manager to drive conversion, optimize the customer journey, and support affiliate marketing and partner management. This is your opportunity to make a direct impact on our online sales performance and shape the future of how consumers interact with our brand. 

You will report to the D2C Manager, Commercial Area West 

What you’ll do: 

  • Analyze website performance using GA4 and ContentSquare to uncover insights and identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization (CRO). 

  • Collaborate with the D2C Sales Manager to align digital strategies with commercial goals. 

  • Optimize product merchandising to enhance visibility and drive sales. 

  • Evaluate and improve the path to purchase, ensuring a frictionless customer journey. 

  • Partner with our CRO team to plan and execute A/B tests and UX enhancements. 

  • Monitor key KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations to boost performance. 

  • Support affiliate marketing and partner management initiatives. 

  • Lead and contribute to product launches and promotional campaigns. 

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, product, and development teams. 

  • Stay ahead of e-commerce trends and continuously refine strategies.

Qualifications: 

  • Hands-on experience in consumer goods or e-commerce. 

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and digital merchandising. 

  • Solid technical grasp of e-commerce platforms and environments. 

  • Experience with GA4, ContentSquare, SEO/SEM, and affiliate marketing. 

  • Fluent in English, French, and Dutch. 

  • Degree-level education is a plus. 

Where you’ll be: 

You’ll be based in either Brussels or Alphen aan den Rijn, with occasional travel across Europe (up to 10% annually). You’ll be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team that’s shaping the future of D2C at Electrolux.
