All about the role:
As a D2C Digital Marketing Specialist, you will drive Electrolux’s Direct‑to‑Consumer growth by executing AI‑driven digital marketing across web, performance, and CRM channels. You’ll optimise the consumer journey end‑to‑end, improve conversion, and build AI‑first content to increase brand visibility in AI search environments (AEO/GEO). This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role with strong exposure to AI‑first marketing, optimisation of the consumer journey, and experimentation in emerging AI search environments.
Where you'll be: You will be based at our office in Bucharest.
In detail, you will:
Optimise D2C websites (PDPs, landing pages, banners, offers) with a conversion‑first mindset and use analytics and AI insights to reduce funnel friction.
Support setup, optimisation, and creative testing across paid channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, affiliates/retail media).
Apply AI tools for audience discovery, creative variants, and bid optimisation.
Track performance (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR) and recommend data‑driven improvements.
Build and optimise CRM journeys (welcome, browse/cart abandonment, replenishment, win‑back, post‑purchase care). Monitor key CRM KPIs and continuously iterate for performance.
Use AI‑driven segmentation to personalise communication at scale and monitor brand visibility and citations across AI search and answer engines (e.g. Google AI Overviews, Copilot, Perplexity).
Structure and optimise content for AI answers (FAQs, comparisons, buying guides, troubleshooting).
Maintain dashboards for D2C sales, traffic, channel performance, and AI visibility.
Translate insights into clear recommendations for marketing, e‑commerce, and leadership and identify emerging consumer intents and content opportunities driven by AI and analytics.
Who you’re:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data/Analytics, Marketing Technology, or similar (or equivalent experience).
1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce, MarTech, or performance/CRM execution.
Understanding of SEO, structured content, and AI search/answer engines.
Strong analytical mindset, CRO orientation, and curiosity for AI tools. You are able to structure content for AI engines (clear information architecture, schema, FAQs, comparisons).
Confident English communication skills and fluent Romanian
You are comfortable with GA4, dashboards, cohort analysis, and turning data into actions.
Experience with paid Media Fundamentals: audience set‑up, creative testing, and message‑to‑landing alignment.
Good communication skills and problem-solving attitude.
You are a proactive person with excellent collaboration skills.

Skills Required
