Pour réussir comme Développeur ou Développeuse APPIAN, vous devez posséder des capacités relationnelles vous permettant d'échanger avec diverses parties prenantes et membres de l'équipe de développement. 

Principales responsabilités  

  • Agir comme ressource lead/expert au sein de l’équipe;  

  • Accompagnement ou mentorat des autres ressources Appian ;

  • S’assurer de la cohérence des différents processus de digitalisation; 

  • Concevoir, conceptualiser et développer les solutions d’automatisation/digitalisation à partir de l’outil Appian répondant aux besoins des secteurs d’affaires pour les processus d’investissement sélectionnés; 

  • Développer les workflows, gabarits de pages,  composantes spécifiques, intégrations aux différents systèmes requis pour l’automatisation/digitalisation des processus d’investissement définis comme pilotes;  

  • Créer des solutions qui vont s’adapter aux différents processus demandés;

  • Gérer l’évolution des solutions qui seront mises en place : analyser les demandes de changements dans les systèmes, évaluer les impacts sur les automatisations existantes, suggérer et apporter les modifications appropriées;

  • Effectuer les phases de test afin de s’assurer que les systèmes développés ou modifiés sont adéquats;

  • Configurer les différents outils, environnements, application et data nécessaire à l’automatisation des processus;

  • Agir comme expert support opérationnel de la plateforme APPIAN;

  • Participer à la résolution de problèmes et procéder aux corrections reliées aux problèmes de production des automatisations

  • Maintenir les automatisations de production fonctionnelle et s’assurer de leurs bons fonctionnements;

  • Respecter les normes et standards de développement et mettre à jour la documentation technique;

  • Support des plateformes (niv. 1-2). 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 ans expérience solide avec la plateforme APPIAN  

  • Expérience de travail dans un environnement technologique diversifié (applications sur site, solutions infonuagiques et multiples intégrations).  

  • Expérience démontrée dans un contexte similaire de digitalisation de processus  

  • Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience dans le milieu financier 

  • Expérience en développement informatique 

  • Capacité d’analyser des problèmes et facilité en diagnostic.  

Atouts  

  • Expérience en support d’environnement  

  • Détenir certification Appian 

  • Langages de programmation  (Python, PowerShell )  

  • Expérience de travail en mode agile; 

  • Expérience avec un outil pour la gestion des demandes (backlog) (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
